Ingredients:
Chicken Breast 2
Salt 1 tsp
Chili flakes 1 tsp
Garam masala 1 tsp
Red chili 1 tsp
Coriander 1 tsp
Garlic paste 1 tsp
Ginger paste 1 tsp
Onion paste 2 tbsp
Poppy seed paste 1 tsp
Plain/Natural yogurt 4 tbsp
Fried onions 2-3 tbsp
Papaya paste 1 tsp
Roasted Gram Flour 2 ½ tsp
Mustard oil 2 tbsp
Instructions:
1. Cut the chicken breasts into cubes.
2. In a bowl add all the marinade ingredients and mix the chicken pieces well. Bring a heated coal at the center of the bowl and pour ghee on top to create smoke (cover and smoke for a minute). Remove the coal. and marinate the chicken pieces for another 20-30 minutes.
3. Heat oil in a flat pan over moderate flame. Add the chicken pieces and cook for about 12 minutes or till little moisture remains. Turn the pieces frequently so that it cooks evenly.
Remove and serve hot with a salad and chutney of choice.
