1 chopped tomato
Instructions:
1. Cut chicken into cube size
2. Stir chicken pieces in cooking oil with garlic and ginger paste
3. Add red chili, ground coriander, turmeric, garam masala, roasted cumin, salt, chopped tomato, green chilies, and a splash of water
4. Cover up with a lid and cook for 3 minutes on low heat
5. Place hot charcoal in the center with cooling oil
