Simple Way To Make Chicken Pakora

Ingredients:

Chicken thigh 1 cup

Lime juice 1 tbsp

Salt to taste

Garlic paste 1/2 tsp

Ginger paste 1/2 tsp

Garam masala 1/2 tsp

Paprika 1/2 tsp

Cayenne pepper 1/4 tsp

Gram flour 1/4 cup

Water 2 tbsp

Pinch of baking soda

Cooking oil to fry.



Instructions

1. Marinate the Chicken

  • In a mixing bowl, add chicken cubes, lime juice, salt, garlic paste, ginger paste, garam masala, paprika, and cayenne pepper.

  • Let it marinate for 15-20 minutes to absorb the flavors.

2. Prepare the Batter

  • Add gram flour and a pinch of baking soda to the marinated chicken.

  • Pour in 2 tablespoons of water and mix well until the chicken pieces are evenly coated in a thick batter.

3. Fry Until Golden

  • Heat oil in a deep pan over medium-high heat.

  • Fry the chicken in small batches for 4-5 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden brown and crispy.

  • Remove and drain on a paper towel.

4. Serve and Enjoy

  • Serve hot with mint chutney, tamarind sauce, or ketchup.

  • Pair with a cup of chai for the ultimate comfort snack!
