Ingredients:
Potatoes 2 (boiled and mashed)
Eggs 2 (boiled)
Onion 1 chopped
Black Pepper 1/2 tsp (optional)
Green Chilli 3 pcs
Coriander Leaves 1/4 cup
Salt to taste
For Batter mix
Plain flour 1/2 cup
Rice flour 1/4 cup
Red chilli powder 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Water 1/4 cup
Directions:
1. In a bowl shred potatoes , eggs and mix it with chopped onion, green chilli , coriander and salt (black pepper optional.) Shape the mixture like a kabab or chop (as shown in the video).
2. Now for the batter mix , combine flour , rice flour , red chilli , a little beat of salt and water.
3. Dip the kabab in the batter and shallow fry .
