Ingredients:
For the Noodles:
3 packs of noodles
1 tsp salt (for boiling)
1 tsp oil (to prevent stickiness)
For the Stir-Fry:
½ cup shredded cabbage
½ cup sliced onion
¼ cup julienned carrot
½ cup sliced capsicum
3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1¼ tsp ginger, finely chopped
2 green chilies, chopped
3 tbsp oil (for stir-frying)
¼ tsp salt
1¼ tsp soy sauce
1¼ tsp vinegar
1 tbsp chili sauce
1 tsp green chili sauce
¼ tsp sugar
A big pinch of garam masala

2 eggs
A pinch of salt & pepper

Green onions, chopped
Sliced red onion
½ tsp lime juice
Instructions:
Cook the Noodles:
