2-3 tsp sugar
2 cardamoms
Instructions for Iranian dum tea:
Bring water to boil then add loose black tea
Add sugar and cover with cover

Let the tea simmer for 20 minutes on low heat
Reduce milk to 1 1/3 cup in a separate pan while continuously stirring
Stir in condensed milk
