Homemade Sweetened Condensed Milk

This is a very easy one! no unnecessary stirring or baking powder. Tastes better then the store bought one

Ingredients:

2 cups milk

2/3 cup + 1 tbsp sugar

Instructions:

1. Pour milk into a large pot

2. Mix in sugar

3. Stir until sugar dissolves on low heat

4. Bring milk to a gentle simmer on low heat

5. Do not stir or boil for 45 minutes

6. Remove from heat once the milk reduces to half and the colour changes

7. Blend ice and put the shaved ice on a clear bowl

8. Pour the sweetened condensed milk over the shaved ice

9. Pour rooh afza and serve

10. Ready to enjoy!
