Easy Mutton Biryani Recipe

Here is what you'll need!

Ingredients:

Potato 5 pcs

Salt

Cooking oil 1/2 cup

Sliced onion 1 cup

Whole garam masala : Cinnamon stick 1, Cardamom 3. Cloves 4 and Black Pepper 8pcs

Mutton 3 lbs

Garlic Ginger paste 3 tbsp

Plain yogurt 1/2 cup + 1 tsp Sugar

Shan Sindi Biryani Masala 1 pack

Hot water 2 cups

For Rice:

Boiling water 5 cups

Cinnamon stick 1

Cloves 4

Cooking oil 1 tbsp

Salt to taste

Soaked rice 6 cups (2 hrs)

Mustard oil to grease the pot

Fried onion 1 cup

Green chili 8- 10 pcs

Ghee 2 tbsp
