Ingredients:
Tuna Mix
2 Medium Boiled Potato
¾ Cup White Tuna
½ Cup Fried Onion
2 Tbsp Fresh Chopped Mint
2 Tbsp Fresh Chopped Coriander
1 Tsp Garam Masala
1 Tsp Garlic Paste
1 Tsp Ginger Paste
1 Tbsp Plain Yogurt
1 Tsp Lemon Juice
1 Tsp Clarified Butter
2 Tbsp Corn Flour
2-3 Finely Chopped Green Chili
1 Egg Yolk
½ Tsp Salt
½ Tsp Black Pepper
Coating
Bread Crumb
Whisked Egg
Instructions:
1. Mash the boiled potato in a bowl
2. Add tuna, fried onion, mint, coriander, garam masala, garlic paste, ginger paste, plain yogurt, lemon juice, clarified butter, cornflour, egg yolk, green chili, salt, pepper and give it a mix
3. Create a flat round shape with a 2-inch diameter using your palm
4. Coat with bread crumb then coat with whisked egg
5. Deep fry in oil until golden brown
6. Ready to Enjoy!
