Here is what you'll need!
Eggs 3
Salt to taste
Besan (gram flour) 4 tbsp
Red chili 1/2 tsp
Roasted cumin powder 1/2 tsp
Garlic powder 1/4 tsp
Ginger powder 1/4 tsp
Salt
Water as needed to make a smooth paste
Directions:
1. Beat the eggs well with salt and pepper.
2. Steam for 8-10 minutes.
3. On a bowl mix all the ingredients , add water gradually to make a smooth paste.
4. Heat the oil. Dip each egg strips into the mixture and fry in the hot oil till golden brown on both sides. Drain well and serve immediately.
