A quick & easy chicken recipe that is packed with freshness and bold flavors. Eaten with steamed white rice or roti, this chicken recipe makes a great midweek supper.

Ingredients
Coriander leaves 1 cup
Mint leaves 1/2 cup
Green chilli 8 pcs
Plain yogurt 4 tbsp
Onion sliced 1 cup
Chicken 1 kg
Garam masala 1 tsp
Garlic paste 1 tsp
Ginger paste 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Instructions
In a food processor, add coriander leaves, mint leaves, chopped green chilli, plain yogurt. Blend and make into a smooth paste. Set aside.
Heat oil in a large deep skillet over medium-high heat. Add sliced onions and saute until they are translucent.
Add chicken pieces and cook over medium-high heat for 5 minutes, continuously stirring.
Add garam masala, garlic paste, ginger paste and salt to taste. Stir and mix everything.
Cover and cook the chicken for 20 minutes over medium heat, occasionally stirring.
Uncover and add the coriander & mint paste, stir and mix everything. Cover and cook the chicken for another 10 minutes over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
Once the chicken is cooked through and you've reached the desired amount of gravy, remove from heat.
Serve hot alongside white rice or roti. Enjoy!
